1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds:
    Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not defective but do not meet the return criteria.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order and return the eligible item for a refund.

4. Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product was defective or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns; we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
